@TurkishAirlines is misleading @bookingcom campaign is a scam. They publish a link on their program page where it takes you to directly @bookingcom and promote you to book a room and you’ll be rewarded to miles. They don’t grant the reward and don’t give a reasonable explanation!

3- Eventually we had to pay for our entrance to the lounge where we thought we were invited into. In any other airlines these issues are handled with travel vouchers, hotel rooms and such but, @TK_TR does not really care what situation they put you in. #thycomplaint @BilalEksiTHY

2- Then, they said it would be better to invite us to #thylounge where we can wait for our flight. When we arrived to there staff said that they have no info on us and that they cannot let us in. One staff instructs a thing and you follow that but, they never follow up.

1- We had missed our transfer flight to Ankara from Istanbul due to delay of our Sao Paulo flight to Istanbul. Arrived IST at 23.30 and next available flight to ESB was 6 am. @TK_TR transfer help desk offered us to book a hotel in the city first. #thycomplaint

#thy cannot handle transfer issues at all. Staff has no knowledge to what to offer to help. One desk informant says a thing, other one says another. @BilalEksiTHY please train your staff for transfer issues. Here’s what we had experienced..
