@Hermesparcels is worst delivery company in world! Literally had my package since Monday for next day delivery and still not here! No way to speak to a human. Terrible customer service

@Ryanair this is response when I complained about the ridiculous way you had to complete online form to talk to someone followed by the fact you paid me the wrong amount w/ letter and account screenshot! No mention that I wanted to appeal their decision again! Absolute joke!

@Ryanair I was paid the wrong amount of refund into account! I have tried ringing get told to fill online forms. Fill in online forms & get replies w/ no mention of refund! I don’t want to have to fill in an online form so frustrated. Would like to talk to a human. Please help!
