@kittybonezzz I try and trick myself into thinking the pain is muscular and stretching and focusing on those muscles instead of the organs beneath sometimes helps. I would get water first thing once u do get up. Don’t chug, sip.
@kittybonezzz I usually will try to focus on all of the physical energy I can muster, I won’t rush out of bed, but sit up and stretch verrryyyyy slowly. Especially with my core I feel it helps bloating— idk what’s causing ur nausea.. tbh it could feel more intense at first.
