@NFL Was @trevorlawrence actually down by contact in #ChiefsVsJaguars game? He was not touched after he fell but it could be argued that defensive lineman contact with offensive lineman caused his foot to be stepped on causing him to fall. If he had just tripped on his own feet, definitely not down, but that didn’t appear to be the case here.
