@airtelindia So, to get a new connection, I have to clear some imaginary dues. If I want to know the connection against which it is due, @airtelindia team can't figure it out.
And if I want to disconnect a suspended DTH account, I have to go back in time?

Hey @airtelindia, Could you please find a solution for disconnecting a 3-year-old suspended DTH connection? Your field agent couldn't pick up the set-top box back then and till date I'm getting 5-6 messages and calls everyday to recharge a connection that I am not even using!
