@brewar7172 @drjasonfung I started keto but as the year progressed I ate less and less vegetables and eliminated ultraprocessed food completely. These days 95% of my diet is ruminant meat, eggs, bacon, butter and raw milk with a small salad maybe once or twice a week.

41 kilograms / 90 pounds gone!
