@RicPickford Awful firm. Never signed anything with them, but we got loads of “leads” as we are a leading agent in our area. Opportunistic. Do nothing for their “fee”. Horrible experience. I encourage all agents to get themselves off of this “platform”.

@CarolLewis101 We have a couple in the same situation. Agreed a sale on their house in January, now what little they are able to view is £20k-£50k more than it was in Jan/Feb.

Their buyers are a lovely young family desperate to apply for a local school.

Tough for all involved.
