Who were the advisors to govt.?
They need to be replaced.
Banning of vapes & over taxing cigarettes was the mistake.
It worked for a while but each govt came in & added to it.
Rudd indexed,Roxanne continued it & Chalmers added an extra 5% to balance the books a few budgets ago,so it was both parties but it was obvious a few years ago but they wouldn’t budge.
