I am completely devastated over the news of @RosemontCollege merger into Villanova University. I have been at Rosemont since 2011. This place is so incredibly special and loved, but of course, faces the immense challenges of small liberal arts colleges in higher education today

@ashleyrattner Our house & whole neighborhood is on the National Register of Historic Places since the 1980s. Mostly, if it is a BIG project we need approval from the association for major renovations. But EVERY project on our old house is $$$.
