Having a horrendous customer experience from @Wickes home delivery. We are missing an item from our order that was delivered Monday and no one seems to be able to get it to us or send us a refund. Why bother paying for delivery when I know have to drive out of town to try get it

@DwrCymru I have reported this water leak in Pentwyn Cardiff last night,but it's on a hill, it's icy still as the sun doesn't hit our street and there are lots of elderly residents. Please can this be made a priority to get fixed? Thanks

@InPostUK it says parcels are collected within 24 hours m but my parcel is still in the shop waiting to be collected and it's now 4 days. I had the same problem a few weeks ago. Are they forgetting to collect from the shop as it's recently started accepting posting on parcels?

Poor @Tesco delivery driver sweating when it's 29 degrees and they aren't allowed Aircon! Not even in the electric vehicles apparently either! Seems very unfair in weather like this!

It's always been hard to cross with a pram and now the reservoir is open it seems essential for walkers visiting

@YodelOnline any chance of getting some more Yodel drop off in Cyncoed, Pontprennau or Pentwyn Cardiff? The nearest one often refuses parcels due to space because it's the only store in a big area!
