The lack of a pension and social security for Computer Faculty is a violation of the principle of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" and the right to a dignified life for their dependents. * Family in Crisis: While other government employees leave behind a safety net for their children and spouses, this teacher’s family has been left with nothing but grief and debt. Yet, their demands for regularization, fair pay, and job security have been ignored for years. The government’s repeated meetings that yield no results only deepen the frustration and sense of betrayal among teachers who continue to perform their duties with commitment. It is high time for the Punjab government to move beyond mere discussions and take concrete action to address the legitimate demands of computer teachers. Their struggle is not only for their own rights but also for the future of digital education in the state.
