Clearing it has to be done by private agencies not government.
Pilot project can be done.

Government should engage competent urban planners and come up with a standard blueprint. Not quick fix but permanent solutions

@Akshat_World SEBI should issue guidelines to mutual fund houses to not invest public money in IPOs given the exorbitant valuations. IPOs today are giving early investors, promoters and VCs an easy exit. Public and retail investors are the scapegoat here
