Sameer, son of Abdul Khaliq, resident of Balicha, Tump, worked the border routes that sustain families across this region. Routes that exist only because the Pakistani state has offered nothing else and this only mean is also under their control. He joined a picnic, gave the notification to the Pakistani army, and was met with a drone fired violence that ended his life alongside his three companions.
There is no framework of law, international humanitarian law, the laws of armed conflict, or basic human decency under which a civilian picnic becomes a legitimate military target. Sameer was not caught in crossfire; he was killed after the state knew precisely where he was. A military that weaponizes compliance itself is not fighting an insurgency, it is conducting a slow, deliberate erasure of a people it has already decided are disposable.
This is genocide enacted through bureaucracy way: forms filled, coordinates shared, and then bombs dropped on the very location those forms described.
BYC call on human rights organizations, journalists, and foreign governments who claim to champion civilian protection to stop looking away from Balochistan. Sameer's blood is on the hands of a state that asked for his location and answered with a drone.

Dr. Mahrang Baloch was the person who raised the issue of Baloch Missing Persons, She protested against enforced disappearances in Balochistan, She marched against Baloch Genocide.
And today her own pic is also included with other Balochs who are either forcibly disappeared of facing prison because of their political activities in Balochistan.

Zubair, son of Nawab, from Balicha, Tump, was a border laborer whose only crime was seeking a few hours of peace. He followed the military's own protocol, notifying Pakistani forces of the picnic before it began. He was killed in the drone strike by Pakistani forces.
Repeat this pattern once, and it is a tragedy. Repeat it four times in a single strike, against men who did everything the occupying state asked of them, and it stops being explainable as error. It becomes policy. Zubair's death exposes the hollowness of every claim Islamabad makes about counter-terrorism precision; there were no fighters or targets here, but some young Baloch at rest. This is what genocide looks like when it does not need a mass grave to prove itself: it looks like a state killing the very people it forced to disclose their location, because their disclosure was never about safety; it was about control over who lives and who is erased.
Zubair's family, like so many Baloch families before them, are left to bury a son the state marked for death. These families are left carrying their dead on their shoulders instead of watching their sons grow, build their lives, and return home. Their grief is not only the loss of a life, but the loss of every future that was taken from them.
BYC demand the world stop treating these killings as isolated incidents and recognize them as part of a sustained campaign against the Baloch nation.

The agony of that weeping #Baloch woman highlights the total collapse of due process in the region. When extrajudicial actions replace the constitution, lawlessness reigns supreme.

“To the international community I say this; do not wait for another tragedy, do not wait until another generation grows up knowing only conflict. Human rights cannot be defended selectively. If the disappearance of one person matters in Europe, the disappearance of another person in Balochistan must matter too!
If freedom of expression, matters in the capital of Switzerland, it must matter in the capital of Balochistan.”
