@beccahans Unfortunately I don’t have the answer to that,I suggest you take it up with the powers that be if you feel so strongly. I just thought I’d try and get my point across that the majority of council tenants are not (contrary to popular belief) uneducated layabouts playing the system

@beccahans Again with the misconceptions,not all tenants start out as jobless teens! Marriage breakdowns, homelessness, fleeing abuse etc all could see people on the waiting list or qualifying. Tenancies are different now I believe but those started previously are honoured
