I really don't understand. Funds are from the taxes we pay. Then why do the elected representatives put their name on every bus stop shelter.

Bus stop name is very small and their name takes 80% space.

Self marketing in public money.

@chennaicorp should standardize the bus stop shelter format.

The bus stop name should be prominent and clearly visible with adequate lighting for public safety.

தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்தால் கடந்த பிப்ரவரி மாதம் 25ஆம் தேதி நடைபெற்ற குரூப் 2/2A முதன்மைத் தேர்வுகளுக்கான முடிவுகள் இன்றுவரை வெளியிடப்படவில்லை.

பல்வேறு நிர்வாக குளறுபடிகளுக்கு இடையே தேர்வு நடைபெற்ற நிலையில் , தேர்வு முடிவுகளும் வெளியிடபடாமல் இருப்பது தேர்வர���களை மிகுந்த வேதனைக்கு உள்ளாக்கி உள்ளது,

��ெப்டம்பர் மாதம் நடத்தப்பட்ட குடிமைப் பணிகளுக்கான தேர்வு முடிவுகளே 2 மாதங்களில் வெளியாகிவிட்ட நிலையில், மாநில தேர்வாணையத்தின் குரூப் 2 தேர்வு முடிவுகள் 10 மாதங்களாக வெளிவராமல் இருக்கின்றது.

சம்மந்தப்பட்ட துறையின் அமைச்சரோ "இன்று வந்துவிடும்- நாளை வந்துவிடும்" என்று சொல்லி மாதங்களும் கடந்தோடுகிறதே தவிர முடிவுகளை வெளியிட எந்த ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்காத இந்த விட��யா திமுக அரசுக்கு எனது கடும் கண்டணங்கள்.

ஆட்சிக்கு வந்து 5 ஆண்டுகளில் 5.50லட்சம் அரசுப்பணிகள் வழங்கப்படும் என்ற திமுகவின் தேர்தல் அறிக்கையின் வாக்குறுதி எண் 187ன் படி தற்போது வரை 2.5லட்சம் பணிகளுக்கான ஆணைகளை வழங்கியிருக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், மெத்தனப் போக்கின் மொத்த உருவமாக இருக்கும் இந்த செயலற்ற விடியா அரசு, மற்ற வாக்குறுதிகளை போலவே இதையும் காற்றில் பறக்க விட்டுவிட்டது.

அமைப்பு க��ளறுபடிகள��க் களைவதற்கு, இந்த விடியா திமுக அரசு உடனடியாக டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி அமைப்பிற்கான தலைவர் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர்களை நியமனம் செய்து, நிலுவையில் உள்ள தேர்வு முடிவுகளை விரைவாக வெளியிட்டு, தேர்வானவர்களுக்கான பணி ஆணைகளை வழங்கவேண்டுமென்று கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

மேலும் காலி அரசு பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப , முறையான தேர்வு கால அட்டவணைகளை வெளியிட்டு, அதனை சீரான முறையில் ஒழுங்குடன் பின்பற்றி உடனடியாக தேர��வுகளை நடத்திட

தேர்வு முடிவுகள்: மாணவர்கள் வாழ்க்கையுடன்
டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.ச���யும், அரசும் விளையாடக்கூடாது!

தமிழக அரசுத் துறைகளில் தொகுதி 2, 2 ஏ பணிகளில் சேர்ந்து விடலாம் என்று ஆவலுடன் காத்திருந்த போட்டித்தேர்வர்களை தமிழக அரசும், தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையமும் மீண்டும் ஒரு முறை ஏமாற்றியிருக்கின்றன. தொகுதி 2, 2 ஏ தேர்வுகளுக்கான விடைத்தாள்கள் திருத்தும்பணி 80% நிறைவடைந்து விட்டது, மீதமுள்ள பணிகளும் முடிக்கப்பட்டு திசம்பர் முதல் வாரத்தில் 6000 பேருக்கு முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அவர்களின் கைகளால் பணி நியமன ஆணைகள் வழங்கப்படும் என்று மனிதவள மேலாண்மைத்துறை அமைச்சர் அறிவித்திருந்த நிலையில், ��ிசம்பர் இரண்டாவது வாரம் நிறைவடைந்தும் எதுவும் நடக்கவில்லை. போட்டித்தேர்வு எழுதியவர்களின் மன உளைச்சல் அதிகரித்தது தான் மிச்சம்.

தமிழ்நாடு அரசுத் துறைகளில் காலியாக உள்ள இரண்டாம் தொகுதி பணியிடங்கள் 121, தொகுதி 2ஏ பணியிடங்கள் 5097 ஆகியவற்றை நிரப்புவதற்கான ஆள்தேர்வு அறிவிக்கை கடந்த ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி மாதம் 23-ஆம் நாள் வெளியிடப்பட்டது. அப்பணிகளுக்கான முதனிலைத் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் முடிந்��ு கடந்த பிப்ரவரி 25-ஆம் நாள் நடத்தப்பட்ட முதன்மைத் தேர்வுகளின் முடிவுகள் கடந்த ஏப்ரல் மாதமே வெளியிடப்படும் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. ஆனால், நவம்பர் மாதம் வரை வெளியிடப்படாததை கடந்த நவம்பர் 6-ஆம் தேதி அறிக்கை மூலம் சுட்டிக்காட்டியிருந்தேன். ஆனால், தாமதமே இல்லை; திசம்பரில் முடிவு வெளியிடப்படும் என்று அமைச்சர் அளித்த வாக்குறுதி காற்றுடன் கலந்து விட்டது. ஆமையிடமும் வீழும் வ��கத்தில் தான் டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி செயல்படுகிறது.

தொகுதி 2, 2ஏ பணிகளுக்கான முதன்மைத் தேர்வை எழுதியவர்கள் வெறும் 52,000 பேர் மட்டும் தான். முதன்மைத் தேர்வில் ஒவ்வொரு போட்டியாளரும் 2 தாள்களை எழுத வேண்டும்; அதன்படி மொத்தம் 1.04 லட்சம் விடைத்தாள்களை திருத்த வேண்டும். அவை அனைத்தும் இரண்டே வகை��்பட்டவை தான். அவற்றை மிக எளிதாக திருத்தி விட முடியும். ஆனால் அதைக்கூட 10 மாதங்களாக திருத்தி, முடிவுகளை வெளியிட முடியாத நிலையில் தான் டி.என்.பி.எஸ். சி இருக்கிறது என்றால், அதற்கு பொறுப்பானவர்களும், ஆட்சியாளர்களும் போட்டித் தேர்வர்களிடம் மன்னிப்பு கேட்க வேண்டும்.

தொகுதி 2, 2ஏ பணிகளுக்கான போட்டித்தேர்வு அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டு இரு ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவடையப் போகின்றன. ஒரு தேர்வுக்காக விண்ணப்பம் செய்வதில் தொடங்கி, முடிவுகளை அறிவதற்காக இரு ஆண்டுகள் காத்திருப்பது போட்டித் தேர்வர்களின் மனநிலையை கடுமையாக பாதிக்கும். ஆனால், இதுகுறித்த அக்கறை எதுவும் அரசுக்கு இல்லை. அதனால் தான் அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்தின் தலைவர் பதவியை ஒன்றரை ஆண்டுகளாக காலியாக வைத்துக் கொண்டு, வெறும் நான்கு உறுப்பினர்களுடன் ஆணையத்தை அரசு நடத்தி வருகிறது.

2023-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிறைவடையவிருக்கும் நிலையில், இதுவரை 19 ஆள்தேர்வு அறிவிக்கைகள் மட்டுமே வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன. அவற்றின் மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படவுள்ள அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் பணியாளர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை வெறும் 4217 மட்டுமே. தேர்வாணைய வரலாற்றில் மிகக் குறைந்த எண்ணிக்கையிலான பணியாளர் தேர்வுக்கான அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டது இந்த ஆண்டாகத் தான் இருக்கக்கூடும். இவ்வ���வு மந்தமாக செயல்படுவதற்கு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் என்ற அமைப்பே தேவையில்லை.

தேர்வர்களின் எதிர்காலத்தைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு தொகுதி 2, 2ஏ முதன்மைத் தேர்வு முடிவுகளை தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் ஒரு வாரத்தில் வெளியிட வேண்டும். அதுமட்டுமின்றி, தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்திற்கு புதிய தலைவரையும், 10 உறுப்பினர்களையும் உடனடியாக நியமிக்கவும் தமிழக அரசு நடவட��க்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

24-year-old Israeli climber Nadav Ben-Yehuda, who was 300 meters from the summit of Everest, gave up his dream of conquering the planet's highest peak in order to save an injured Turkish climber.

Ben-Yehuda described the incident as follows: "I passed two fresh corpses. The corpses were fresh, because they were the bodies of people on the same ropes along which I climbed, realizing that they were dying and not having the strength to move, people did not crawl away, but buckled up, and fell into a coma and died, those who continued to move stepped over them.

When I saw him, I recognized him. It was Aydin Irmak (Turkey), we met him in the camp. He was unconscious, he had no gloves, no oxygen, no crampons, and his helmet was off. He was waiting for the end. Other climbers walked past him without lifting a finger, but I knew that if I passed by, he would surely die. I knew I should have at least tried to save him.

Aidin and I started the descent, it lasted 9 hours. It was very difficult to carry him because he was heavy. From time to time he regained consciousness, but then turned off again. When he came to, he screamed in pain and this made our descent even more difficult. Very slowly, but we descended, but at some point my oxygen mask broke, a little while later we met a climber from Malaysia, who was also on his last legs. It became clear that it was completely impossible to go further. I yelled at the climbers I met going up and demanded some oxygen for the two wounded, some responded ... "

They reached the camp, were evacuated by helicopter to Kathmandu, and were hospitalized. Everyone got frostbite, Nadav Ben-Yehuda suffered severe frostbite on his fingers as he was forced to take off his gloves during the rescue operation.

I love being involved with cricket and commentating and being a part time MP whenever convenient is not something i ever aspire for.

On 27 January 2022, Head of Police Force Sylendra Babu signed a Memorandum of Understanding with “Apoolo Study Center” on 27 January 2022 for conducting coaching classes for eligible wards and spouses of Police personnel & Ministerial staff for exams conducted by UPSC, TNPSC and other recruitment agencies.

The said Apollo Study Center is run by one Sam Rajeswaran. The said Sam Rajeswaran is an accused in Central Crime Branch of Chennai City Police in the TNPSC group I recruitment scam in the year 2016.

In the year 2016, out of the 74 Group I officers selected, 62 were from the Apollo Study Center. Sam Rajeswaran executed this scam with the help of Kasi Ramkumar, Section Officer of TNPSC. Sam Rajeswaran managed to get anticipatory bail with the help of a few police officers from a Sessions Court.

Sam Rajeswaran is the brother in law of one Nelson, formerly Assistant Commissioner of Police Mylapore Range.

In 2020, DMK HQ Secretary RS Bharathy filed a petition in Madras HC seeking a probe into Group I selection and in his affidavit, RS Bharathy says

“The I.O. clearly refers to the various calls exchanged between Sam Rajeswaran with the question paper setters and college professors who had evaluated the answer sheets and that out of 74 persons who passed in the said Group I exams 62 candidates were trained by the above Training Centres. The said Sam Rajeswaran has advertised in various newspapers that all 62 candidates studied in their institutions have successfully passed Group 1 examination and lured lot of candidates to join their institutes and thereby earned crores of money.”

The probe is pending with CB CID and there is no progress for the past two years.

In such a situation, how will the appointment of Sylendra Babu as TNPSC Chairman will be fair and reasonable ?

Or how will it inspire confidence among aspirants ?
