@transavia Then on the flight we only had uk money and they did not accept it
We wanted a bottle of water and they would not sell to us as they did not accept uk money- 6 hour flight no water and I mentioned my brother is diabetic but still refused-

@transavia My parents were stranded in the airport and were forced to pay additional £900 for another flight that If transavia waited 10 mins for my parents as we were sat on runway for 1 whole hour

@transavia Flight hv 583 16/12/18 amsterdam to hurgada we had party of 5 passengers 3 of our party got to gate at told transavia our mum and dad were going to be 10 minutes as they are collecting there luggage but they close the boarding gate and put us 3 on the plane and we were sat 4 1 hr
