Your policy of penalties for no show is not customer friendly. The process is not mature enough for such a harsh implementation. This is turning out to be a potential point of detraction even for a loyal customer like me.

The recent inclusion of penalties for no-shows are a bit too harsh on the customer. I have been a continuous user of the app and this is turning out to be a detraction point. Please look into it.

Adding on: in reference to #skodaslavia booking made on March 4 for 1.5 DSG which is yet to be delivered and dealer is unresponsive trying to pin unsold model to my head @SkodaIndia booking through EVM Skoda
