@RailwaySeva समस्या केवल Narmada Express की नहीं है। Bilaspur–Katni रूट की लगभग सभी ट्रेनें लगातार विलंबित हो रही हैं।
इसे “unavoidable circumstances” कहकर टालने के बजाय पूरे रूट की punctuality और path management की समीक्षा कर स्थायी सुधार किया जाए। यात्रियों के समय का भी सम्मान होना चाहिए।
