March 4. World Obesity Day.
Silent doesn’t mean safe.

Today is World Obesity Day 🌍
Over 1 billion people worldwide are living with obesity, and 1.7 million premature deaths each year are linked to overweight and obesity-related noncommunicable diseases.
Obesity is also a major risk factor for kidney disease, raising the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, and long-term kidney damage.

March 4 is World Obesity Day.
I gained 9kg after moving to Bali.
Sweet drinks, the heat, a more sedentary lifestyle.
The environment is more powerful than we think.
Today is a day for awareness.
Lingkungan sangat memengaruhi kita.

Obesity isn’t just about individuals - it’s driven by systems.
Food systems. Inequality. Healthcare barriers. Unhealthy environments. Stigma.
This #WorldObesityDay, we’re acting on the drivers of obesity - for all 8 billion of us.
