@virgilerietsch This is the best format of introduction I've seen a while! Love how clearly you explain what you've done and what you're doing. Hope you find a job soon, because you seem a great person to work with :)
I’ve made every Brisk invoice a live page instead of a PDF attachment.
One link with the amount, due date, status and payment details.
- no account needed
- no attachment to lose
- no “can you send that again?”
Pretty happy with how this one turned out.
@alexcloudstar@MikeMartin604@harvest most of them are still time trackers with an invoice screen taped on. the people i interviewed just wanted to send the invoice and know if it got opened.
Seeing freelancers suddenly moved from Harvest’s Solo $211/year plan to a $2,547/year Enterprise plan is pretty wild.
If you mainly use Harvest for invoicing, Brisk offers you most of the features for only $6/month.
I’ll personally help you migrate everything, no charge.
This is actually criminal.
I’ve used @harvest for my freelance business for 13 years and now my Solo plan ($211/yr) is about to auto-renew as an Enterprise plan ($2547/yr).
Small win today.
Just locked in the new email design for Brisk.
This is what your clients will see when you send an invoice and reminders.
It needed to feel:
Professional, not pushy.
Clear, not cluttered.
Like it came from you, not a robot.
Launch is coming soon.
Ending 2025 with a project I'm proud of.
Two platform redesigns for Wedbush.
One for advisors, one for clients.
Advisors got a faster way to help clients.
Clients got a simpler way to stay more in control.
Honestly, this is a big step up from the old version.
Users already saw it and can't wait to start using it.
What we built:
- Rethought the entire experience from start to finish
- One design system connecting both platforms
- Updated branding that feels familiar and trustworthy
I'm excited to see the impact this will have in 2026.
My favorite metric isn’t in the analytics dashboard.
It’s when a user emails you and says:
“Wait... how did this not exist before? This just saved me hours.”
