@MUweather With these Miller B setups the storm is developing and evolving basically overhead. Every subtle shunt is huge in how things play out.

@MUweather That's why If you are rooting for snow, I always say you're better off with a good old fashioned Miller A that forms along the Gulf Coast/SE coast, or the lower MS Valley then you can just track it up the coast.

@JustinWeather BWI reports double digits??? The same site that usually reports 3" less than the surrounding area and is usually about 5 degrees higher in the summer. I'm shocked! 😱

@MUweather Yes you did Kyle good job! But it's just amazing that in 2026 models are so bad. This was shown as a "southern special" with our area missing the "jackpot". We end up with sleet into central PA! I'm not saying I "bought into" the models 3+ days ago but wow are they bad!

@MUweather Totally understand. It's just years of hearing "Euro is King" its curious why it wouldn't "see" the factors that you point out. Will be interesting to see which model handles this winter the best.
