@EmiratesSupport one carry on is allowed.such a big difference in policy for the same airline in same sector and same traveling class. Now I am not sure which of your boarding reps among NYC,Dubai and Delhi has correct understanding of carry on baggage policy on Emirates??

@EmiratesSupport I already went through this link and it doesn't list if laptop is considered as carry on or personal item. Pls have a look at carry on baggage policy of United,British airline, air India and all.All of them categorically state carry on luggage and personal items(laptop/handbags).

@EmiratesSupport When I traveled from Nyc to Dubai and Dubai to Delhi on Emirates I was allowed to take a carry on luggage and my laptop bag with me. Where as during Delhi-Dubai-Nyc return I was told by your loud and foul mouth boarding representative that laptop is counted as carryon and only
