I has booked my Air India flight ticket ( PNR KUKCKT TICKET NUMBER -098 2165610186)for the return journey from Mumbai to Jamnagar After completing Booking from Air india Website i had entered The gst details for the Same, Request to provide GST INVOICE

@airindia You have not sent invoice for PNR KUKCKT , and the invoice which I had received on 25 sept 2023 was for Mumbai Delhi flight that one is different. Pls go through details of ticket properly.

When I contact customer care immediately they told that hotel is not cancelling your booking so your amount can't be returned. This is cheating and malpractice first time I am facing with goibibo.pls help to get my refund
