I remember a time when a 2bhk apartment was 30 lacks in Hyd. The prices nowadays are around 80-1.3 lacks in few pockets, and 3 cr in some other. 10 years into my USA life, holding properties, still thinking hyd. real estate is heavily over priced. Continued below.

There are few areas of YouTube, explaining the inventory surplus. Few other explains about the 1-1.5 lack new people joining the hyd economy. All want a shelter, but few need an attractive pocket. Clearly, I see something’s been cooking, and it’s definitely not smelling good.

Peddi is easily the most frustrating experience I’ve had in a long time. Glitchy, incredibly slow, and feels completely unfinished. Save your time and avoid the headache. If you can’t avoid it, at-least have a cold one, or a head ache tablet.

తెలంగాణ భాష గూర్చి అవగాహన ఉన్న వాళ్ళు రాయరు ఇలా. బయటనుండి భాష చూసి, ఏదో 10 పుస్తకాలు చదివి, ఏదో ఒక 2 సార్లు టూర్ వేసి, భాషను ఎలా డిగ్రేడ్ చెయ్యాలి అనేది సుస్పష్టం గా తెలుసుకొని రాస్తే ఇలా నే ఉంటుంది.
