Many prepared day & night for years but got rejected for being 10-20 days over age
1st January must be the standard cutoff for every bank exam

IBPS Clerk age limit says 28.
IBPS PO says 30.
But when cutoff dates move to year-end, eligibility automatically becomes 27 & 29 for many aspirants.Make 1st Jan the uniform cutoff date.
