@thehoffather Homeless? Felons need to be housed so there's at least some level of monitoring- i mean, at least knowing their general area is beneficial. If @choeshow has a say there won't be supportive housing to do that so it'll just be a guessing game. Sounds rad.

@pneumophila @weheartseattle Experts need to convene and have many conversations to come up with multiple solutions for tackling this. There's no 1 right answer and acting like there is could be catastrophic. Then individual cities/states can implement the changes that best suit their communities.

@choeshow Taxpayer funding pays for that too. And last I checked folks were dying while locked up- drug use, mistreatment, etc. Why not try to get funding pulled from them? Why not post about those deaths? Dying in lock up is far more concerning than dying in housing. No?

The problem with vast social media is that people read headlines and believe them. No attempt to verify accuracy. Headlines are not usually true. They're used to grab attention. People will believe anything their camp says and that's fucking scary.

@Away36912 @DavidRoseFOX13 @fox13seattle Um the LEAD program doesn't take felony cases. Their program focus is low-level non violent offenses- possession, misdemeanor theft, prostitution. Crimes motivated by addiction. Typically the "rotating door" folks. Nice try though.

Not having a door doesn't remove expectation of privacy. This is like filming someones junk drawer. This "junk" is survival- barter/trade on the streets.
