@BZSEC And based off of the playoff rankings, the THIRD best team in the B1G (Oregon) is viewed better than the 2-4 ranked SEC teams. Maybe they are, but it’s interesting to see this play out in the final rankings like that.

@UncleJoJo0620 @emilypitek Yep, agree. Wasn’t a bad coach at other places but Sioux Falls, Indiana, Fresno St, and UW doesn’t necessarily prepare one for the emotional intensity opponents will bring when they see Bama on the jersey (and the same holds for other strong programs).

The other things don’t need a GOAT, but do require a day-to-day mentality that is rooted in being physical and understanding football is tough and requires toughness…in everything we do and at every position. Missing that.

@Tayton2021NC @beachmamax2 @_Tide18Tymes Uga had good recruits too and they could cover those guys - they couldn’t cover Jamo. Difference maker. He was starting to cook when he got hurt.

Still, Bama had a lead in the 4Q and we couldn’t hold it, but that was a good uga squad. All of these things can be true.
