@ClayTravis@JoshPateCFB@Rivals It’s not taking a big class this year because DeBoer and staff have lost practically zero HS guys to the portal. Maybe worry about Bobby Hill at TN instead who doesn’t have a QB
@ChaseGoodbread I am surprised by the bad offensive numbers given Vaughn is an offensive guy and is also impressive that we even made it to Omaha with the numbers
@jemelehill@KCH_76 Hell lets just go to 53 man rosters, cut players every week, and forget that the majority of them would be screwed by being labeled as employees
@heitner Explain how a CBA would even be possible to pass given the number of athletes in college. Would you have a CBA for each sport? It’s not as cut and dry as it sounds
@heitner He bet on games… this is not the same as the majority of the other cases brought against the NCAA. He should not be eligible but a local, elected official didn’t want to lose his seat
@RossDellenger Sure the ncaa system is broken but this particular portion is not. He took mandatory classes about not betting, knew the rules and still broke them
@AaronSuttles What are we even doing at this point. Judge’s no longer judge by the laws instead it’s all about fairness. Court system has become a joke
@WinterSportsLaw Interesting. The injunction says nothing about his mental condition either. All just about “elite coaching… maximizing his own success” - go figure. He knew he was breaking the laws and kept doing it even in TX. Somehow only was diagnosed after being caught
