@the_P_God I didn't officiate any weddings until 3 years later, when a family member had their officiant drop out at the last minute. I was like "so this probably a good time to mention...."
@the_P_God In the middle of the night like 5 years ago I was watching TV and one of the characters got ordained online to officiate a last minute wedding, and I was like huh.
Searched for about 5 minutes to find a seemingly reputable site, then boom- I'm an ordained minister.
@gayviatorr This is why I absolutely deck out my houses in stardew (with my chosen spouse in mind when designing) before I give them the pendant. I feel bad. Sometimes I visit their empty rooms, belonging still in place, and it's haunting. Elliott leaves his piano :(
@abarefootmomma The thing is, we had to FULLY baby-proof every aspect of her room because she gets herself out of bed in the morning and then independently plays with quiet toys until we get up. It's just what worked for her, but I know that is a unique situation.
@abarefootmomma My kid is in the 98th percentile for height and started trying to climb out of her crib (at the lowest mattress setting it had) right after she turned 1. We set up the toddler bed about a month prior so she could figure it out, then started naps on it, then bedtime. She did well!
@dovethedivine My cat has issues with peeing places when he gets anxious. Instead of rehoming him, we made accommodations to reduce his anxiety in the home, and when that wasn't fully effective, he was put on anxiety meds and is now thriving. Hopefully next home is more compassionate for Cig.
@gIowiny I've seen religious psychosis with my own eyes, someone very close to me having a schizoaffective break. I agreeโ that video isn't even close.
I don't care about people being dishonest online about it, but what I plead women to do is be honest with their OBs at that 6-week check. Also to take any sign of infection so so seriously. If you want to risk it that's on you, just be honest with your doctor and yourself.
@AniseNot I beg and plead every woman I know who has gone through postpartum hair loss to get her thyroid tested!! Postpartum thyroiditis is so much more common than people think because it gets brushed off as breastfeeding weight loss, postpartum hair loss, and postpartum anxiety.
