Working in a bank with a poor technology is nightmare for every RM.
Everyday your corporate customers complain about the inefficiency of the bank mobile App.
If they complain up to three times without solution, they' move to the next working bank App.
Immediately they leave your bank, they inform business partners to stop sending money to that account.
RM will be working hard and bank will be working against the RM.
Sometimes before you join any bank, ask the HR about the efficiency of the bank technology.
If you can, ask them to rate their technology on the scale of 1 to 10.
I know what I'm saying and the experience wasn't a good one.
This minute the App is up, the next minute the App is lagging.
Customers got tired and left the account... I did a lot of work to bring some back.
@MrOlibaba As a DSA he/She should strictly focus on the KPIs. getting the numbers. but then you can't be a DSA forever
he/she should have a long term goal. if he/she has the account with big volume, the person should discuss with the Manager for possible conversion to core staff
