One time these whitebois stole my A&R credit from me, didn't pay me for the project, used my voice on the record, oh then later it went Gold and they didn't send me my plaque...

but that's not that exciting so boom

I used to work at this recording studio in oakland and part of my job was feeding and walking these 2 massive vicious Rottweilers that belonged to Tupac and Richie Rich. Once I started feeding them they decided to NEVER hear me open the gate without jumping up and down ruining my outfits and sometimes my headwraps/hair in the process.

So one time I heard them going wild outside, looked up at the cameras and I saw some dudes in ski masks come past the camera. I instinctively grabbed some Tupac 2" reels that were behind me on a shelf, jumped over a couch with them (THEY ARE HEAVIER THAN A HOE BTW) and went into the closet, crouched down hugging the Pac music praying, waiting for the sound of the drumming i KNEW was coming.

I heard some yelling and mild ransacking no shot fired no MAJOR damage and I heard them leave. I waited on the closet floor for a few then put the reels back, straightened my clothing, put on a little lip gloss and went on about my day.

NB: Tupac Amaru Shakur had recently been murdered at the time of this incident, and I am a friend of the Shakur family for many, many years. I knew of all the cars, money, expensive audio equipment and even my own body that could be of great value that NOTHING at that moment was as important to protect than those songs. May he and his amazing Umi Afeni Shakur, and the revolutionary warrior Dr. Mutulu Shakur, continue to Rise, in Power.
