@BandQ chasing £339 refund for faulty lawnmower since March. 6 separate convos - every one told us different story. Chased again Friday, told to call back. Call today, latest it’s been refunded on 20th March to PayPal but no refund. Please sort & keep proper log of your calls!

“Only available online” I was told. Ordered it from their car park from my car. In less than 10 minutes an email to say my item was ready to collect. (From the store I had just been in!) Could one of the many staff there simply have checked the warehouse? @BandQ@bandq_help

@HillCurly@Wickes Try claiming on a @BandQ@bandq_help guarantee on one of their kitchens… we were told they had stopped selling the kitchen (after 2 years) and all the new range cupboard doors wouldn’t fit ours so cost is another £5k to sort..they are all s**t and only after your money

is, I bought the exact same item on eBay and received it in just 3 days.
My recommendation: never buy anything from B&Q online shop, and specifically this seller. And just bear in mind, if any issue comes up, don’t expect real support from B&Q either.
