7월 10일 금요일, 오전에 V14 Lite 한국 출시를 공식 발표 했습니다.

10일 오후 테슬라코리아 측은 법원에 준비서면을 제출했습니다.

V14 Lite 출시 발표를 근거로 법원에 '채무 이행불능이 아 니다'라고 주장했습니다.

2. 7월 14일 2차 변론기일

판사님께서 V14 Lite에 어떤 기능들이 포함되어 있는지 직접 질의하셨습니다.

피고 측은 7월 말까지 배포를 완료할 예정이라고 답변했고,

Lite 출시 후 상황을 확인하고 다시 변론을 진행하기로 하였습니다.

GOOD NEWS 🚨 Following the greenlight from Ashok Elluswamy, Tesla is officially pushing FSD V14 Lite to HW3 vehicles outside of the early access group—the wider public rollout has finally begun 🔥

For anyone stuck on the v12.6 branch for the past year, this is the massive upgrade you've been waiting for. Tesla managed to "distill" the newer HW4 driving behavior to fit the HW3 architecture, and early feedback has been incredible.

Here is what HW3 owners can expect from this highly anticipated release:

✅ Testers are reporting an enormous jump from v12.6, noting that the car feels like it grew a "new brain" overnight with smoothness, precision, and decision-making remarkably close to the HW4 stack.

✅ Hesitant and unnecessary lane changes are gone. The system now makes much smarter, calculated choices when picking lanes and maneuvering around slower traffic.

✅ Drives are seamless from start to finish. You can now initiate FSD straight from Park—even without brake confirmation—and let the car find a spot and park itself when you arrive.

✅ HW3 finally gets the updated speed profiles (Sloth, Chill, Standard, and Hurry), with "Hurry" mode excelling at naturally matching traffic flow and holding set speeds much better than older builds.
