We have information that Moonshot AI distilled Anthropic’s Fable for the development of its K3 model.

To do this they developed a sophisticated internal platform to conduct large scale distillation against U.S. models, allowing them to quickly switch between multiple methods of access to avoid detection. Moonshot AI has also acquired GB300-equipped servers and has accessed GB300s in Thailand, likely to train its AI models.

The United States strongly supports the free and fair development of AI, including a thriving competitive ecosystem that spans frontier models, specialized systems, open-source frameworks, and open-weight models. Legitimate AI distillation used to create smaller, more efficient models plays a vital role in this open innovation ecosystem. However, large-scale, covert industrial distillation aimed at stealing proprietary U.S. technology and undermining American research is unacceptable.

OpenAI models reportedly escaped from its controlled environment, with no internet access.

Exploited zero day vulnerabilities and hacked into Hugging Face to cheat on benchmarks.

Hugging face then used China GLM models to carry out its defense. 

OpenAI said it was an “an unprecedented cyber incident.”

We’re getting closer and closer to Skynet.

And I’m sure markets will love it.

ROCKET LAB WINS A $266 MILLION U.S. AIR FORCE CONTRACT.

- Launches will take place in Alaska
- Expected to be completed by end of 2028
- Adds to the streak of winning more defense contracts

Rocketlab has always traded at a premium but this company continues to seriously execute and quite frankly they diluted at $130 which was a VERY smart move, but I do think the decline from $150 to $60 is a bit aggressive and hopefully we've seen the worst of it as the stock bottomed around the $58 range back in March as well.

Neutron and the Golden Dome are still future catalysts that are very important for this company. Iridium acquisition also helps them seriously compete in the connectivity business long term.

IPO coming soon they need to ride the momentum, they have done 75% of the job with this model as soon as Anthropic or Openai doesnt release a game changer model they are good. And idk about the distillation.
