🚨SHAME! AIBEA Democracy Murdered by Venkatachalam!

The 80 year-old @ChVenkatachalam, who has been clinging to the General Secretary post like a parasite for decades, has once again shown his true colours.

When delegates courageously raised their voice demanding leadership change and an end to this outdated, retired-style dictatorship, Venkatachalam and his loyal gang disrupted the proceedings and adjourned the Delegate Session sine-die, exactly when elections were due.

No election.
No accountability.
No fresh leadership.

Just one pathetic circular signed by the same old man declaring that the current committee (read: Venkatachalam & Co.) will continue indefinitely "until further notice".

Mr. Venkatachalam, at 80+ years, you know very well you cannot win a fair election. That’s why you killed the conference instead of facing the comrades. You have betrayed 3,300+ delegates who came with hope. You have insulted the Karnataka comrades who worked day and night for this conference.

This is not leadership, this is a dictatorship of the worst kind.
