@SofologyHelp - Is customer service completely broken? How can I get a response from customer service? Calling 0344 4818181 at 9am has put me in the queue at number 37 or 39. It takes 3 hours to get to #1 in the queue. And then you hang up. No responses to emails or chat messages

@SofologyHelp I am appalled by the non existent customer service from Sofology. Order booked in April. Received phone call and text message that sofas will be delivered between 1015 and 1415 hours on 11th July. Nothing delivered. No communication received & no response to emails.
