@British_Airways Missing a refund on avios points. Paid for 2 extra legroom seats with cash and avios points. Upgraded at airport therefore did not use seats. Cash refunded but still no refund on points despite chasing many times. Please help. Thanks, Tracey.

@DavidHTorrance I have an issue with parking in kirkcaldy. I live on a permit only street. A friend of mine recently got a parking ticket whilst visiting me. I contacted the council and they say nothing can be done. Why can I not get a visitor permit? Can you assist here? Tracey.

@lufthansa your customer support is beyond poor. I've been waiting since August for my money back from hotel booking due to delayed flight. Numerous emails and tweets have had no effect. What do I have to do to get my money back?

@MartinSLewis can you help. My flight with @lufthansa was delayed and connecting flight was missed. Had to stay overnight in Frankfurt. I've been paid compensation for delayed flight, but not hotel costs and other expenses incurred. The claim was submitted August.

@lufthansa Hi Sofi, I received compensation for the flight delay but not the costs incurred for hotel and other expenses incurred. I was told at the airport as long as a 3 star hotel was booked the hotel costs would be refunded and they have not been. Appreciate your assistance on this.

@GreenFlagUK .. why do I have to phone every year to get a better deal on breakdown cover? Surely if you can offer online you can on renewal?? It's most annoying!! And not very customer friendly.
