Refund my money or I will be left with no option but to pursue legal action and raise this issue before the appropriate consumer authorities and across public platforms.

I believe @heyinterakt has misled me as a customer.
I purchased their paid plan after using a trial where WhatsApp Workflow Automation and CRM were available. The moment I upgraded, both features disappeared because they weren't actually included in the plan I paid for.
Interakt has acknowledged over a phone call that the trial experience was misleading, yet they are refusing to refund my ₹8,358. Instead, they're offering to enable just one feature for 1 month.
For a small business owner, this is unacceptable.

20 days and counting...!
Who is going to compensate for the warranty period that's being consumed while my product is with you? This delay is unacceptable. Please provide a clear update and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
2 months for a warranty battery replacement? 🤯
@OlaElectric I can pay up to ₹5,000 extra if you can replace it in 2 days. That's how unreasonable this wait is.
@bhash And even 2 months isn't guaranteed. Many customers report waiting over 6 months.
1/ Dear future clients: before we build your website, please share bank statements, police verification, NOC from RBI, NOC from your neighbours, and your school transfer certificate. Why? Because @Razorpay blacklists small vendors for their clients' sins. Not a joke. A thread 🧵
@OlaEV_Support Then what service do you stand for? Aapki mis-management ki vajah se mere roj 200 - 300 rupees extra lag rahe hain I cannot wait for months.
It’s been a minute.

Today
CRED is ready for its next phase. I am stepping back and @miten steps in as interim CEO, partnered with an incredibly talented team. He has been heading strategy and finance and suffering me since 2020. I’m stepping away from the operating role and will continue as a shareholder. My commitment doesn’t change. Just the role.
Extremely grateful to our members, partners, regulators, and investors who made this possible. And to our board, Shailendra, Micky, Saurabh for their extraordinary conviction.
Team CRED, I’ll still expect you to be a 10x version of yourselves.
As for me, I’ll be joining Meta to lead WhatsApp globally.
Meta comes in as a minority investor in CRED. No access to member data.
While it’s come very far, the delta between WhatsApp today and its full potential is massive. I look forward to working with Mark, Chris, and the leadership across Meta for the next step in WhatsApp’s journey. Will, thank you for scaling something the world relies on quietly, and for making this transition smooth.
Onwards.
Kudos to @makemytripcare for connecting to a Human so quickly everytime i call👏👏
But, none has been able to assist due to lack of sufficient knowledge regarding the processes. 🤷♂️
Broad daylight. CCTV proof. Phone stolen. This is how tech capital welcomed my parents as tourists.
Dad helped strangers with a fallen bike ( a smart planned move by thieves).
@cyberabadpolice@CPHydCity@hydcitypolice - request to act on this.

@amazonIN One more different issue with amazon. While following up for the warranty claim of amazon brand product sinve over 30 days, i am getting same word to word email replies 🥲🥲. 3 weeks 3 same emails.
At @amazonIN I've been denied a refund for my ₹19,000 projector return, claiming a wrong product received. After 10–15 follow-ups, all I’m told is “it’s not in our hands.” I thought delivery agents verify returns before pickup—doesn’t Amazon ensure that?
@amazonIN i first mailed you for my Amazon basics water heater repair in warranty on 27th October.
Its been almost 26 days, almost 8-10 mails have exchanged but everytime "our team will reach you earliest as possible".
26 days and counting........!
@amazonIN I am still in disbelief that amazon users ke saath bhi esa kuch ho skta hai. Amazon arranged the pickup so it should be their responsibility. ₹19000 is huge amount.
@AmazonHelp Messaged.
But i still have this question that in what circumstances is it possible that a consumer can give a wrong product like a big 2kg projector?
