I found out that my best friend had been sleeping with my husband for three months while I was pregnant with our second child.

The worst part? She was the same person who comforted me whenever I cried about my marriage.

One evening, I borrowed my husband’s phone to call my phone since I couldn’t remember where I had kept it and then I saw her message:

“Baby, I miss last night. When are you finally leaving her?”

My hands trembled as I read their conversations. Pictures, hotel bookings, and months of lies.

When I confronted him, he simply said, “It was a mistake.”

Then I called her. She was shocked that I found out , then she started begging told me not to let it destroy our ten-year friendship.

Ten years of friendship, and she was sleeping with my husband behind my back.
