Got Samsung Galaxy S21FE in Apr22 for 50k. Screen developed white lines after 2 yrs without any damages. Spent days with their CC reps for free screen replacement. Replaced the screen in Apr24 (Paid 14k). 2 yrs later same. Again no damages etc from my part. @SamsungIndia

Driver stranded us 1km from our home and forced us out of his car saying if we dont pay ₹500 he won't take us to Howrah Station even though I had paid online. Missed my train and paid 121.54 Rs for this (out of which 70Rs was a Compensation Coupon from a prev case)@Uber_India

@kmarkri Many Current Account holders have shifted their accounts to other banks due to Cash Handling Charges when the ceiling for free deposit was reduced from 2 Lac to 1 Lac per day. This too may have reflected a bit in these figures.
