DFS taking austerity measures for rationalization of expenditure in Banks which will save pennies, while same time Banks transfered 30% of staffs which costs more than 2 month salary.
Policy Makers need to bring Bigger Reform on transfer & 5 Days Work to make Mass Impact.
So finally even SBI employees have been pushed to the wall.
When the country’s largest bank workforce is forced to announce a nationwide strike, it is not just an “internal issue” anymore , it is a warning signal for the entire banking sector.
Look at the demands carefully:

➡️ Transfer relief
➡️ HRMS failures
➡️ Mis-selling pressure
➡️ Career progression concerns
➡️ Medical reimbursement issues
These are not luxury demands. These are basic survival issues of bankers who are running India’s banking system day and night.
The most shocking part is that many unions across the industry remained silent while workload exploded, vacancies increased, work-life balance collapsed and employees were mentally exhausted.
Now the anger is visible.
And this is not limited to SBI alone.
Every banker in India knows the reality behind glossy annual reports and record profits.
A banking system cannot run forever by overburdening employees, outsourcing jobs, crushing staff strength and treating human beings like machines.
If policymakers, managements, regulators and sleeping trade unions still fail to understand the mood on the ground, this frustration will only grow bigger across the industry.
Indian bankers deserve dignity, adequate staffing, fair transfers, humane working conditions and freedom from relentless pressure culture.

Banking services can be outsourced due to staff shortage.
But every extra Government duty must be done by bankers only, even after office hours, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Regular work + Census work + target pressure.
Maybe “bank employee” now means all-purpose Government staff.
Bankers are employees, not machines.
We Bankers emerged to fight bank management oppression and protect employees’ fundamental rights. Ironically, most bankers ignore us and continue feeding retired, tired union leaders with approximately ₹20 crore monthly in union fees. Wake up Bankers and stand against injustice.

3rd Party TPAs of Bank are exploiting by declining claims with unnecessary documentation.
Remove these Useless TPAs, Banks must directly deal for claims. As they've became center to reject claims.

Outrageous overreach! Gurugram City Magistrate's order forcing bankers for census duties is ultra vires to his powers, as bankers are not under local authorities' control. Demand strict action against him, including immediate retraining, to stop this misuse of power @DFS_India
