Jayzuz but the new @Ticketmaster app is FRUSTRATING!!!! On wifi. On mobile. On a different wifi. Same issue. Can’t login because the ending login page won’t load! Fffffffffffffff tearing my hair out here!!!
@MTNzaService@MTNza I’ve been trying to resolve the query via email and yesterday received a short note to say my cancellation has been processed effective today, which I never asked for. 🤦🏼♀️
Why does @Ticketmaster treat ticket pricing like a state secret? Why not just release the pricing for the @Springboks game at Ellis so people can plan? Instead we must wait until tickets go on sale to see how many kidneys we need to sell?!?
And again. @Discovery_SA so far #DiscoveryInsure has used 59% of my battery but I haven’t been anywhere since 8am. What the hell?! How can you force users to use an app that chows battery life like this??
After a collective hour and a half on hold, we finally spoke to someone who could help us! Thank you to Wendy at @Nedbank Table Bay Mall for her assistance and good humour. Bye Nedbank. It’s been real.
Poor Wendy from Table Bay mall @Nedbank branch. She looks ready to tear her hair out after 15 minutes of being on hold with the call centre. Gosh those 3 pre-recorded messages are getting tiresome.
The branch is unable to assist because overdraft facilities can only be cancelled via the call centre, but no one answers the phone. @Nedbank if you insist on sending people through the call centre, it must be staffed.
@barbsdavies We are truly sorry for the experience and the wait 💚
Kindly let us know if you come right at the branch, if not send us a DM with your details so we can have this addressed with you.

Someone finally answered. She couldn’t help me. The @Nedbank branch couldn’t help me. Wendy from Table Bay mall is now trying her luck with the call centre on my behalf. Serious inefficiencies in this process.

It’s been almost 50 minutes now, listening to the same 3 pre-recorded messages on @Nedbank’s contact centre recording. I’m now the mall, about to walk into the branch. Maybe they can help me.

25 minutes and counting. I wonder if I can jump in the shower while I wait and just head to the closest @Nedbank branch. I’d probably still be on hold… stay tuned.

20 minutes and counting. According to @Nedbank I’m a “premium” customer. If this odd premium customer service, I shudder to think what their standard service is like.

Trying to close my @Nedbank account. So far, I’ve spoken to 4 people, been transferred 5 times and have been on hold for 15 minutes and counting. And they wonder why I’m closing my account. 🤦🏼♀️ #cxfail

Sitting in our home office listening to @captainbecs on the phone with @Vodacom. They're trying to upsell her package. She has some questions & asks for the info to be emailed to her so she can go through it when she has time & brain capacity. The call centre agent hung up. 🤦🏼♀️
