If this is all about housing for young people then why are all our other assets being included such as shares , commercial property , industrial property what’s that got to do with housing ?
@cmkusher If they get rid of negative gearing, either you put up the rents, or change the laws for more expenses to be paid by the renter, like commercial property, or have a larger deposit to reduce overall borrowing costs. Either way, you wouldn't want to loose cashflow anymore.
