At home recipe for #IcedMocha:
- 8 to 10 oz milk/alt milk
- 3 to 4 oz cold brew
- 4 tbsp maple sugar (my daughter likes it sweet!)
- 3 tbsp unsweetened chocolate
- pinch of salt
- 8 to 10 oz ice

Four keys to making great #coffee at home:

1) follow correct recipe for brew method

2) use a scale to measure coffee dose and water used

3) use a timer to track brew time

4) use a burr grinder. This is your most important too #brewbetter

A puck screen is another tool you can use to reduce espresso channeling. Just place in portafilter after tamping.

A side benefit is it creates a barrier bw puck and shower screen so you don’t have to clean the group head as frequently #brewbetter #espresso
