@Pixelmon814@OwenTCFB@BTBall88 Not present for a lot of them, because many of them are in leagues where a P4 OOC game is required. If it were Texas Tech or some of the other B1G teams that don’t play a major OOC game, I would have the same criticism.
@Pixelmon814@OwenTCFB@BTBall88 Bama, Georgia, USC, LSU, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Texas, Florida State (not great ATM, but playing 2 P4s out of the league), Michigan, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin. Clemson is up there too.
@GeorgeFoster72 Don’t think so if it’s Bama, because they go to Baton Rouge and Knoxville later in the season. I do think so if it’s Georgia, because there isn’t really anyone else on the schedule who could give them a game besides maybe Ole Miss.
@bamaperspective Liked the RB room and defense holding the YPC for ECU to x->0. Didn’t like Keelon taking a lot of unnecessary hits as the starter, plus some really sloppy ball handling on the offense at times. OL was a push.
@Buckeye_GDG As a Bama guy:
Clemson- obvious from the four year war we had with them in the 2010s.
Oregon- always the program we should have played in the 2010s but did not.
Penn State- they should be our OOC annual rival if we ever had one.
@BudElliott3 By saying the gap between Bama and UGA is the same as Bama-Auburn, are you factoring in home field for Bama in those games? There’s about a touchdown difference between how much Bama is favored by vs Auburn vs Georgia favored over Bama.
@BudElliott3 From what Matt Jones at KSR said (IIRC), Kentucky’s model is to have an LLC of which the University is the vast majority owner, and have the athletes enter into NIL/other related contracts with the LLC/entities affiliated with it.
@CrimsonCast Reminds me of hearing about a lot of the problems that the South West Conference had back when it was a thing (the schools all hated each other and Arkansas was the odd one out as a non-Texas school).
@IUFBguy@Vern_Funquist Agreed. I think the number of title contenders is smaller than that (4ish), but slightly bigger than what it was due to things spreading out a bit. 24 is a horrible idea, but the powers that be don’t really care about that at this point.
