@StrengthDebates yes. first time I pulled 605 was on an 'off day" but I felt good so went in anyway π. pulled it and it flew up, was a 20lb pr. definitely had another jump but I was happy, packed my bag and went home.

the usual meal prep shit. chicken breast, Chicken thighs, ground beef & a big fatty chuck roast w taters carrots & onions. I'll make a lot of rice & lo mein noodles to go w it & have a tub of oikos yogurt w blueberries every day
