@SecRollins is a BigAg globalist - always has been. Has STRONG ties to Koch, which is rather high on the ‘socially liberal’ scale, ie, less government, less regulation, etc. At first glance, this would seem ‘conservative’, but in today’s world, there are some regulations which should NEVER be toyed with (inspections, country of origin, etc).

As for the smuggling, cartels re-tag, re-paper stolen livestock to make it look legal, and slip in small numbers through weak spots at the border, whether by walking/herding on land or by boat across shallower spots in the Rio Grande. Over time, those ‘smaller numbers’ grow exponentially, and all bypassed checkpoints. This takes huge resources, and Dems playing stupid games and defunding CBP and DHS didn’t help one bit.

Sooo… between her not acting when/how she should have over a year ago, and Dems, we’ve a serious problem.
