@JesseZulak This is true but I also see in many roles the CV becoming irrelevant and an assess first approach coming.

We already do this for entry level roles but see it also happening for engineering, data even finance roles.

The cv isn’t needed until you know they have the hard skills

Our daughter has with #dipg Brain cancer. There is no cure and typically 9m life expectancy.

@JesseZulak Hiring in non tech roles this is really not surprising. Sales, customer service, HQ roles most candidates we speak to want hybrid.
