@trussliz And if the markets hadn’t gone crazy I would have lost £20k on a house when developers delayed and then mortgage company said no and developers kept deposit.

I grew up watching & listening to your Father with my Dad, huge Rugby fan & a sport which left him disabled but he still adores. My Mum has Dementia and went into a home during lockdown she dosnt know us now. Its very hard to take.
