@HuaweiMobileUK I had the call as discussed previously, and sent a subsequent email that afternoon (Friday) to the complaints email but haven't heard anything back after 5 days. Could you check/chase this and let me know where it's at?

@HuaweiMobileUK Just had a phone call from Romania at 10.20am ring for two rings - voicemail said it was Huawei complaints, I rang back same number ended up speaking to Swedish department. Could you ask them to ring me again as soon as possible this morning as I cannot get back in touch? Thanks
